Large Orders — Custom Printing & Embroidery

We outfit community. Our main work is large custom orders — screen printing and embroidery, done in our Oakland shop for non-profits, businesses, crews, and up-and-coming entrepreneurs.

Screen Printing

From 1 color to 6 colors, on t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments. We focus on building individual and long-term relationships with our customers.

Embroidery

We are currently only taking small projects as we grow our capacity. Our minimum production order is 12 pieces and our current max is 48. There are some instances where we will do less or more depending on complexity.

Design

We offer edits and mock-ups of customer designs, at low flat rates and at times free with a screen printing order.

Consulting

Before you buy equipment or blanks, talk to us. We support up-and-coming entrepreneurs, people in the youth development field, and others in the social service network — a quick conversation can save you time and money.

MORE WAYS WE PRINT

Beyond screen printing and embroidery, the shop also offers DTF (direct-to-film) printing, stickers, vinyl, heat press, and bottle printing — and more. If it can be printed, chances are we can do it. Include it in your quote request below and we will price it.

ROUGH ESTIMATES

These are rough estimates to help you plan. Your final quote depends on the garment, number of colors and print locations, sizes, and turnaround — request a quote below and we will confirm exact pricing before any work starts.

SCREEN PRINTING (per shirt, basic tee and one print location included)

24–71 shirts: $11.50–$12.50 each

72–144 shirts: $9.50–$10.50 each

300–499 shirts: $7.50–$8.50 each

500+ shirts: $6.50–$7.50 each

Setup is about $25 per color. Each additional print location adds about $2–$5 per shirt. Small runs under 24 pieces are usually a better fit for DTF.

EMBROIDERY (per piece, for a standard logo up to about 6,000 stitches; garment priced separately)

Under 12 pieces: $12 each

12–47 pieces: $6 each

48+ pieces: $4–$5.50 each

Digitizing your logo is a one-time fee of $25–$75 per design. Our embroidery runs are 12 to 48 pieces.

DTF PRINTING (full color, no setup fee, no minimum)

Transfers only: $3–$7 each

Printed and pressed here: $5–$12 per print

Finished shirts: $18–$35 depending on the garment and design size

STICKERS (die-cut vinyl, about 3 inches)

100 stickers: about $0.80 each

500 stickers: about $0.35 each

1,000 stickers: about $0.27 each

Bigger sizes and specialty finishes are priced by quote.

VINYL & HEAT PRESS

Custom vinyl shirts: $22–$35 each

Add a name or number: $5–$7 per shirt

BOTTLE PRINTING

Priced by quote — it depends on the bottle, the number of colors, and the quantity. Send us the details below and we will price it.
